The apartment hotel has an exceptional location, immediately below Hotel Pineta on Vrsar's Riviera, right in the city centre. The apartments were built in 1986 and no main reconstuction work has been undertaken since that date other than replacing old furniture in the apartments. It is used as a residence of Hotel Pineta. This apartment hotel has a 24-hour lobby, currency exchange facilities, a restaurant, laundry service, bike rental service and a kids' club. The en suite apartments are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, hairdryer, kitchenette, tea and coffee making facilities, double bed and a terrace.
